CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

ICTA accreditation certificate holders shall:

  1. Business Ethics: The supplier shall operate in accordance with high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Product Quality and Safety: The supplier shall maintain high standards for product quality and safety, including complying with all relevant product safety regulations to ensure government receives competent professional services.
  3. Business Continuity: The supplier shall ensure the ongoing availability of their products or services including but not limited to professional development.
  4. Confidentiality and Data Protection: The supplier shall protect the confidentiality and privacy of any data or information they receive from the organization, and comply with applicable data protection laws including but not limited to third-party intellectual property.
  5. Anti-Bribery and Corruption: The supplier shall have policies and procedures in place to prevent bribery and corruption and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in this area when requesting for accreditation certificate.
  6. Conflict of Interest: The supplier shall disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise in their relationship with the organization and take appropriate steps to avoid or manage them.
  7. Compliance Reporting: The supplier shall report any compliance issues or concerns to ICTA in a timely manner, and work with the ICTA to resolve them.
  8. Continuous Improvement: The supplier shall be committed to continuous improvement in all areas of their business, including those covered by this code of conduct.
